Resident Evil 4 Confirmation and Official Name

You can tell how busy I’ve been this week with how long it’s taken me to report this news Shock Til You Drop earlier this week reported that Resident Evil 4 is being worked on and will be out late in 2010 and will be entitled Resident Evil: Afterlife! According to an STYD there is an internal memo floating around Sony’s film division that is stating they want to get Resident Evil: Afterlife into theaters by September 17, 2010.

(The following sentence contains a partial spoiler, however if you had any interest in watching this film you would know how the third movie ends by now.) While I was MUCH more impressed with the CGI film that Capcom released I am interested in how they will run with Alice’s clone army from the end of the third film in RE:Afterlife.
