Taurus Entertainment To Remake Day Of The Dead… Again
Variety sadly brought us the news that Taurus Entertainment is making ANOTHER remake of Day of the Dead. After the universal hatred for the first
sequel’ of Day of the Dead they did, you would think it would be a moot point on it being done again.
Sadly, they have decided to make another and not only another but this one cashing in on the trend of it being in 3D. So it’s a) a remake and b) in 3D and c) from the guys who first made a ‘sequel’ to Day of the Dead that everyone hated. Clearly this is going to be a winning film *sighs*
“Producer James Dudelson of horror-focused Taurus Entertainment, is currently producing a remake of George A. Romero’s “Day of the Dead†in 3D and said many buyers have requested 3D conversions of classic 2D movies because “3D works well for certain genres, like horror.†But, he cautioned, “You can’t just slap a 3D conversion on the wrong type of film.â€
