The Walking Dead Novels Being Released in 2011
First came the comic and graphic novel sensation that swept the nation. A zombie series that is eying to take on Romero for the top spot in zombie greatness.
Next, at the end of this very month, we are getting the televised version whose hype is overshadowing everything else. It’s even for some (OK very few) overshadowing the idea of Halloween itself!
So what’s next? Well in 2011 we are getting the first of 3 The Walking Dead novels that will be released!
St. Martins Press’s Thomas Dunne books is going to be releasing 3 The Walking Dead novels written by Jay Bonansinga based on the epic saga by Robert Kirkman. Details are vague so far and all we know is that it is based on Kirkman’s universe not who we will actually be seeing in print. Will we be following the further or retold adventures of Grimes? Any of the other main characters? Whose to say but so far everything The Walking Dead has been gold so we’ll see.
