The Walking Dead Season 2 – Halloween 2011
According to The Hollywood Reporter Season 2 of The Walking Dead will not air until Halloween 2011.
No one can really be surprised at this as “Season 1” (see: 6 episodes. see: mini-trial season) was first officially shown on Halloween of this year topping off AMC’s Fearfest.
It’s a shame we have to wait so long after the initial 6 episodes but it’s not hard to see on why this makes sense. Damn. 3 more weeks of zombie bliss before we have to wait 10 and a half months for the continuation. Please don’t leave us off on a cliffhanger. Please?
I just got done watching the last episode,I found It kinda stale (actually they all were) them firing ALL the writers to this series Is In my opinion Is a good thing.
Although the story was VERY enjoyable It moved as slow as the zombies did.
I found myself fast forwarding allot from boredom lol,so lets hope for more action the next time around,since we’ll be waiting a year for the next season,keep an even balance I’ll even take 60/40 (Story/Action) Currently this series was a boring 90/10.
With these new writers I hope they’ll realize we’re not reading the graphic novels.
Again,this IS my favorite series EVER so don’t get me wrong,just voicing my opinion.
I eagerly await the next season to come!
I’ve actually liked the more plot points they are going with but you are 100% right on there being too little on the zombie end. Now… yes the graphic novel is mainly dealing with people’s interaction over the undead but there was still a need for just a bit more in there.
Lol yea,this past sunday I sat down and watched the entire series up till the last and every episode I was waiting for something to happen.
AMAZING story I can’t ask for a better one but I need ACTION!
I said to myself next week something’ll happen and then NOTHING,so I said next week,next week & so on and before long the series ends!
If this story went like this next season,I’d say to hell with this and move on
It was to me nothing but a tease with story.
give me ZOMBIES!!!!!! lol.
Well with them being on the run now we can only hope to see a ton of looters, a lot of undead, and or a certain prison being referenced… 😉
