Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’s Director Cancelled

It was only 2 days ago that we mentioned Christopher Smith was in the running to direct Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Well according to Screen Daily he not only has said no to this script but has secured funding for a new thriller that goes by the name of Detour. While I’m sad to not see Smith working on a zombie film, knowing that he has SOMETHING in the work makes me happy.

So now they will be looking for a 4th possible director to Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the zombie film that constantly appears to be doomed to not get off of the ground.

    Interesting, Detour, as the other not-so-bad horror movie.

      Even though we’re all bout the zombies here I’ll completely give credit to a director that does amazing work and I can’t wait for Detour to come out!
