World War Z Cinematographer Announced
With funding secured for World War Z (there was a whole debacle about it’s funding disappearing and reappearing. We honestly didn’t post about it since I had 0 doubts that the movie would get all of the funding it needed with how popular the novel itself still is) we can now move onto other news with the film. The first real piece of information that we have is that the film has found it’s directory of photography – Robert Richardson.
Robert Richardson has just finished working on Martin Scorsese’s Hugo Cabret and in the past has done a ‘few’ known films (Kill Bill, The Aviator, Inglourious Basterds, Shutter Island, Wall Street, and a slew more!) Basically this is a man who knows his stuff and one who is going to do his damnedest to make this a visually spectacular film!
