Kevin Eastman To Co-Produce “Zombie Apocalypse”
Kevin Eastman of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle co-creator fame (fame from my young teenage years at least) is set to co-produce a film called Zombie Apocalypse with Carlos Gallardo (who usually works with Robert Rodriquez on films such as “El Mariachi,” “Desperado” and “Once Upon a Time in Mexico.”)
The film is being created as a trilogy with suplimental graphic novels, merchandise, and a video game. The graphic novel itsell will be produced by Heavy Metal Publishing (which is where Eastman becomes involved.)
The film itself was cowritten by Mark Strange and Steve Horvath.
