More Brains: A Return To The Living Dead Is In The Works
It looks as if Michael Perez Entertainment and Hutson Ranch Media are putting together something tasty for zombie fans out there. A documentary of the Return of the Living Dead series! The film is also being produced by Perez as well as Beverly Randolph (Tina in the original ROTLD.) Finally it’s being directed by Philputt who produced both His Name was Jason and Never Sleep Againl, two absolutely amazing documentaries on their own respective horror franchises.
The documentary is going to focus just on the original trilogy but most of the fans of Return Of The Living Dead will be perfectly OK with excluding the ones that came after. It shall be narrated by Brian Peck who was in the first 3 films nad many of the cast, crew, and the last interview with Dan O’Bannon before he passed away will be included within the doc. Ideally they are looking for a Fall release but there isn’t an exact date figured out quite yet.
