Trailer: The Battery
The Battery is as indie as it gets and some of the early looks at this trailer looks as if it could be fun. There really isn’t a lot of details on the exact plot as the info is mainly about the initial creation of the film. Once more information comes out we’ll definitely be showing you more.
This is the first look at the feature-length zombie movie “The Battery”, filmed in 15 days with a budget of only $6,000. As we just wrapped filming last week, this is simply a showcase of the film set to music to give people an early look. A traditional trailer with dialogue will be cut once the movie is nearing the end of post-production. Written and directed by Jeremy Gardner, the film follows two former baseball players, Ben and Mickey, months after an unexplained outbreak. Gardner also stars in the film, alongside New York native Adam Cronheim. The film was entirely shot on the Canon 5d mkii by director of photography, Christian Stella. Now in the editing and sound design phase, we hope to have the movie finished for festivals and/or distribution by the end of 2011.
You can follow the film’s progress on The Battery’s Homepage.
Looks ok,I’ll check this out!
It’ll absolutely have an indie feel but it should be fun if production keeps up with the look of the trailer
