Zombie Massacre In The Works
This one’s been making the rounds for a week now and I’ve just been putting off doing a post on it.
Honestly if we didn’t try to cover everything zombie related I would probably have skipped this one altogether.
Why you may ask? What is so horrible about this single piece of zombie news that has a post be questionable to even take the time to type it up?
Initially the post could read that “The guys behind Eaters are making a new zombie film” which would have me up in arms in excitement cheering the very thought of it.
I enjoyed Eaters. Hell I enjoyed it a lot and Luca Boni and Marco Ristori have some amazing directing chops.
The problem? Well, the problem lies in the producer. These days producers have a knack at ruining films. Not only just films but this producer has a knack and taking a film based off of a movie, murdering it, pissing on it, raping the corpse, pissing on it again, covering it in gasoline, lighting it on fire, and then shitting in the ashes to serve up to you and call it a movie.
That’s right ladies and gentlemen Uwe Boll is back and working on another film.
I feel sorry for whichever one of our reviewers ends up having to watch this one if it’s even 1/10th as bad as his other pieces of ‘work’.
There isn’t a lot of info on the script quite yet aside from what Fango has gotten from an interview which is:
a commando team of mercenaries who bring an atomic bomb to blow up a nuclear plant, and have to face a horde of infected monsters in a little town in the middle of Europe. They only have one hour to escape from the town before the nuclear blast.
