Frank left a note on the Dead Rising Facebook Page that stated:
I’m getting packing for my new adventure – camera, notebook and baseball bat. What else would I need for a break in paradise? – Frank
This was quickly followed by an interview on Siliconera that is hinting that the game will take place in Los Perdidos, California which has been taken out by a horde of the undead. What’s Los perdidos translate into? Well that means “The Lost Ones” in Spanish. While the Facebook page is saying Frank is getting ready to work on something the report is saying that the main character is an auto mechanic named Rick. Rick is trying to fix up a plane and escape the area before it’s destroyed. US Government eradicating the area? Quite possible. Though the conversation from Frank up top conflicts with the report so I wouldn’t buy into the information too quickly that we’re going to be seeing Rick as a main character – whoever he is. Will he be joining Frank and Chuck as a Dead Rising lead? Only time will tell.
