It’s been awhile since we’ve had a real reason to write about the fun little world known as Dead Island. With how popular (aside from buggy) it’s release has been it’s good to see that the game has now sold over 3 million copies worldwide since it was released in September!
It’s good news that the game is still moving units since it hit 2 million 2 weeks after it’s initial release so while the infection is still spreading it’s slowed down a bit. Even so, it’s a fun game and we’re happy to see it still getting attention.
The island of Banoi is a lush, tropical paradise in the South Pacific where its flagship Royal Palms Resort serves as the ultimate getaway for vacationers with money to burn. Cut off from the rest of the world, only four individuals who strangely find themselves immune to zombification have the power to protect the remaining survivors from the horrors of the island, to discover what’s really going on and find a way to escape before their own fatal ends.
