As much as the thought of a teen comedy that wants to mix “The Breakfast Club” with zombies just hurts my brain to think about I sat down and prepared myself to watch this trailer. After the trailer I sat and I cried – tears of laughter! This doesn’t seem like the typical Scary Movie franchise ripoffs in the slightest and actually looks both well put together and hysterical.
There was previously a Detention of the Dead Teaser that was put out but it has absolutely nothing on this one. It was entertaining but doesn’t give a real feel for the film as this one does so check it out if you are looking for a new zomedy to look forward too!
Teaser/Trailer – Comedy and Horror unite in this ‘The Breakfast Club’ meets ‘Shaun of the Dead’ tale about a group of oddball high school students who find themselves trapped in detention during a Zombie Apocalypse. Can they put their differences aside and work together to survive the night? Fat chance! This is High School after all.
