Back in November we told you about the horrible news that The Evans City Cemetery Chapel featured so prominently in Night of the Living Dead was going to be destroyed.

There was hope though. If $50,000 in funds were raised the city would restore chapel instead of have it taken down. So a few months have gone buy and as of the latest update they are just under half way to the proposed $50,000 goal. There is not a solid timeline on when this money needs to be raised by and we all know how ‘quickly’ the government can move so while I’m sure there is still time the seconds really have to be ticking away.

So how does one contribute to restoring the chapel to it’s former glory? Well if you are too selfish to straight up donate to the fund there are also a few other ways to give money where you can get your hands on something as well! Honestly you are going to want some of this Save The Chapel merch if you are a fan of Romero, zombies, or Night of the Living Dead. There are some absolute winners here folks.

Now you can own a piece of horror movie history while doing your part to support the chapel preservation project.
