Well it looks like the World War Z “adaptation” (and I use that word extremely lightly) has been moved from December 21st of this year to June 21st, 2013. It’s the taking the basic idea of an oral history of humanity’s dealing with zombies and turning it into the idea of focussing on Brad Pitt’s character and what he does during the outbreak to try to prevent it from becoming worse.
While it’s not going to be exactly like Brooks’ work with the budget they are bringing the film to life with I’m pretty sure Marc Forster’s adaptation will still be visually amazing and most likely still a good zombie flick if not a good World War Z flick.
