All My Friends are Zombies is an illustrated guide to the human side of the living dead.

The project idea came about last year when a friend of mine asked me if I would illustrate him as a Zombie. After completing the illustration I thought about who he is as a person and wondered what he’d be like as a Zombie. What characteristics would he keep and what would be over powered by the constant craving for living flesh. We spoke about this one night we were out and laughed at the absurdity of some of his answers. This sparked the initial idea.

From there I started illustrating my friends on facebook and real life. The more I did, the more people asked for their own illustrations. After a while I was sitting on a pile of Zombie friends. The next logical step was to create a simple form with some of the questions my friend and I had pondered that night and send them to be filled out by the recently Zombified.

The filled out questionnaires started to trickle back to me and were all clever, funny, realistic, odd, thoughtful, or a combination of the lot. I toughly enjoyed reading them and thought that others might as well. With that All My Friends are Zombies was born.

Currently I spend my days completing illustrations, working on the book, and trying to spread the word. In the near future I’m going to launch a Kickstarter campaign in hopes to fund the books publishing. Along with the book, I’ve created a slue of merchandise for those who support the book via Kickstarter and of course all of the early fans. Once the Facebook page hits 100 likes I’m going to start doing giveaways and contests for fans to win anything from stickers, t-shirts, prints, limited edition hard cover books. (**The books will rest on wether or not the book gets funded*) as well as a chance to be illustrated as a Zombie and be included within the book itself.

If you have any other questions please let me know.

Thanks again for taking interest in my project!
