We don’t know much but to start wth Treyarch has confirmed that there will be zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. They’ve also mentioned that they are going to be using the games improved multiplayer engine for zombie mode. What’s this mean for anyone playing it? Well to start with we’re going to see an eight-player zombie mode. Also they are going to be able to render double the on screen zombies that were previously shown!
Also what are they going to be giving us mode wise? Well there aren’t details yet but we’re going to get some new gameplay modes out of it as well. The best part is that with how well the Black Ops’ Rezurrection DLC sold and received by gamers everywhere “Treyarch have given their zombie team free reign to do pretty much whatever they want with the mode regardless of the direction the campaign is headed in.”
Mark Lamia recently stated on an episode of Roll Call that: “If you like zombies, you’re going to be really happy with what we’re doing with Black Ops 2. It’s our biggest, most ambitious zombies ever.”
It’s still VERY early on announcements and the OFFICIAL zombie teaser with details isn’t out yet but it’s a good start. We’re going to get more and better zombies!
