This August the folks from Zombie Manor are bringing you the 3rd annual Zombiepalooza for your undead loving enjoyment! While I tend to stress the Chicago events (what can I say I’m biased towards local events) it’s yearly ones like this that always bring me happiness that the undead hordes are swelling – not just in my hometown but across the United States!
Who are we: We’re just a few zombie lovin freaks (not in the necrophilia sort of way…but to each his own) wanting to share that obsession with the DFW metroplex!
What exactly is it: We’ve got local music, some lovely ladies of burlesque, a DJ throwing some tunes out and a few other surprises….
When: Sat Aug 25th 2012. DJ starts playing at 7 PM and we’re kicking you out around 1:45 AM.
Where: Prophet Bar in Deep Ellum 2548 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75226
Why: Because you think zombies rock!! and you love your local music!! And just because! Don’t argue!
Can I bring my baby: I highly don’t recommend it because the zombies do like easy prey! And there is an age limit! 18+ only please!
How much: For the legal drinkers- $7.00 all others $10.00. Just like last year we are including a free raffle ticket w/ each paid entry for some really sweet prizes!!
Do I have to be a zombie to attend: nope! you can definitely attend as a member of the living (if you want to risk it!) but if you so choose Zombie Manor’s professional makeup team will be on hand to turn you into one of the undead for a donation to a local charity.
