Our good friends over at The Zed Word are having their 2nd annual Zombie Photo Contest with some fun prizes. Are you into zombie makeup? Well you might want to spend some time perfecting your craft and snagging a photo of yourself to enter! (One of our self-zombifying female readers should take a teen zombie duck kiss picture to submit just for a laugh! Just make sure to tell them the duck kiss picture is from us though if you want to actually win you should probably submit a real one as well.)
Last year’s contest was a rousing success. 11 lovely undead ladies and two strapping zombie dudes entered into the running to be voted 2011’s Sexiest Zombies. After a round of public voting, a male and female winner were chosen by our panel of zombie sex-perts. Now, their reign is coming to an end and it’s time to pass on the title to a new generation of gorgeous ghouls.

From August 3rd through August 31st, 2012, The Zed Word is accepting submissions in our second annual Sexy Zombie Photo Contest. the sexiest male and female zombie of 2012!PRIZES (updated 07/08/12)
Winners claim bragging rights by having their images and profiles featured on the homepage of ZedWordBlog.com.
In addition, each winner will receive a prize pack of zombie DVDs, media, and other nifty gifts including:
A weekend pass to SHOCK STOCK 2013 in London, Ontario, Canada.HOW TO ENTER and JUDGING STAGES
1.) Put on your hottest outfit and make yourself up as a sexy ghoul. Then submit a photo by email to [email protected] (Subject: Sexiest Zombie Contest 2012) along with your name, age, and a non-zombified face photo. Voila! You are one-step away from becoming the Zed Word’s poster boy or girl for hotness this side of the grave. Contest only open to residents of Canada and the United States.
2.) The Zed Word will choose a maximum of 10 male semi-finalists and 10 female semi-finalists from all eligible submissions.
3.) From September 01-24th, readers will vote in a public online poll for their favorite semi-finalist.
4.) The three highest scoring men and women will have their photos submitted to a panel of celebrity zombie sexperts who will cast a single vote for the sexiest male and female zombie of 2012.
5.) Winners with the most votes from the judges will be announced October 1st, 2012

- Open ONLY to residents of Canada and the USA.
- One entry per person; one photo per entry. (give us your best!)
- No full frontal nudity allowed. No pornographic images.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time the photo was taken.
- Photos must be of the entrant. Please send your name, age, zombie photo, and a non-zombified photo for verification. (incidents of image theft will be disqualified).
- You may achieve your zombie look through any combination of makeup, special effects appliances, styling products, wardrobe, or digital editing (providing that the digital editing does not unfairly enhance your natural features. No photoshopped abs or boob jobs, please).
- The Zed Word reserves the right to post all submitted photos and use winning photos for promotional purposes (otherwise, you will retain all copyright to your submitted photos)
- Photos should be recent but not necessarily taken for this contest. (Example: if you looked especially sexy at a recent Halloween party or Zombie Walk, you can photos along).
- Prizes will be awarded to the model featured in the photo.
