dead snow The Dead Will Again Suffer in the Cold in Dead Snow 2

It looks like Tommy Wirkola (writer and director of the original Dead Snow) is going to be returning to Norway to bring to life the sequel: Dead Snow: War of the Dead. The isn’t a full synopsis quite yet but the official description that’s been released tells us that:

Set to be released in both English and Norwegian, the new film follows the sole survivor of a Nazi zombie attack who battles an even larger army of Zombies with the help of the Zombie Squad, a professional gang of zombie killers from the US.

While it followed the sole survivor of ‘a’ zombie attack this doesn’t let us know if it is THE zombie attack witnessed in the first movie or if we’re going to be seeing an entirely new cast. With only one survivor being mentioned we’re mostly going to be having new faces on screen regardless.

I had mixed feelings about the original film though on the whole it’s received positive reviews for lovers of zombies everywhere. We’ll keep you updated on all of the latest news on the sequel as it comes out. I’m sure we’ll be hearing a LOT about it in the upcoming months as production looms nearer.
