Max Brooks might very well best be known for a certain little book called ‘World War Z’ that you might just have heard of. Hopefully you’ve heard of it because you’ve read his amazing piece of literature and not because you think the film by the same name has anything to do with it. (I won’t go on my typical rant here. OK I lied. I think the movie will be ‘ok’ but should have gone by a different name because it has absolutely nothing to do with the book in any way, shape, or form aside from the name.)
Well now Max is back and he’s got some zombies with him too. Only this time he’s not only bringing our favorite form of the undead but he’s also throwing vampires into the mix.
Coming on June 19th of 2013 will be the first ongoing comic by Max and if it’s going to be anything close to the amazingness of World War Z I truly hope it will not be his last.
