Looking for a new defense game for your iOS device? Well Zombie Shoot is trying to have your bases covered. While it may not be the best thing visually I’ve ever seen it does seem to take care of every aspect of what makes a zombie defense game fun.

What is Zombie Shoot?

Zombie Shoot is a bunker defense iOS game created by Radiated Skull. Zombie Shoot’s simple yet challenging premise – shooting zombies from a central bunker as they approach – puts it in a unique class of games with the addictiveness of traditional arcade games of the 70’s and 80’s combined with modern graphics. This unique approach in the current wave of Zombie games allows it to stand out. Zombie Shoot contains three different maps with infinite levels to play. The game also features limited and unlimited ammo mode of gameplay. Limited ammo game is harder to survive and more points are awarded for each kill and at the ending bonus. Advanced weapons can be unlocked after a certain number of total kills.

To play Zombie Shoot, simply tap on the screen anywhere around the bunker and shots will be fired in that direction. Kill all of the zombies and fight to survive as long as possible. The layout and design is graphically appealing while still maintaining good performance.

Zombie Shoot keeps track of the total number of zombies killed and displays it on the home page. With more kills, more game money is earned. Game money is then used to buy weapons upgrades and health upgrades. Game money can also be purchased in the game using an iTunes account.

Zombie Shoot includes a variety of weapon choices, such as rocket launchers, machine guns, sniper rifles, mortar, and more. Each of these weapons can be upgraded using game money in several categories: bullet speed, reload speed, clip size, damage, and firing rate. During the game it is possible to collect perks such as a bomb, extra ammo, stun, and money bonuses by touching the associated floating characters while shooting. Zombie Shoot tracks high scores and allows custom name entry for high scores.
