Pushing Daises was a a fun little series that ran 2 seasons long from 2007-2009 and has a huge cult following since it was taken off the air. While there are no plans to bring the show back as an actual show there could be a movie left in it.

The show’s creator has been dropping hints for a little while now that there might just be some life in Pushing Daises yet! He recently told Den of Geek “”If we were able to pull off the Kickstarter, there’s a very fun zombie film that starts with a flash-flood in a cemetery and basically is about those denizens of that cemetery having to kill Ned before he can kill them, so it’s a different kind of zombie movie.”

While that sounds promising it’s not all! He also mentioned to IndieWire that “I would like to revisit that world and I think that there is a great zombie movie to be had in the world of ‘Pushing Daisies.”

The unique plot of the show would really fit perfect with a zombie apocalypse. The question is even with a Kickstarter if they’d be able to raise the needed funds to produce and distribute what would be one hell of a unique zombie movie.
