While we mostly hear about Netflix vs Amazon in the United States the streaming wars are still doing battle overseas as well. This time it looks as if Amazon took a big win against their rival in the UK! Amazon has received exclusive streaming rights for The Walking Dead in the UK! (Note: this has no effect on US or CA users and is a deal that is only taking place in the UK.)
One has to wonder how much Amazon had to shell out for this deal to go through.
While the US knows it as Amazon Prime in the UK the service is known as LoveFilm. I’m personally a Prime member and got rid of Netflix years ago though the debate rages on for which service is better. UK fans, which service do you prefer?
