The latest ‘Dead Rising 3’ trailer promises not only a full on Mega Man costume but the return of THE MEGAMAN X COSTUME!
Not only will it be rocking the classic outfit though but there will also be a ‘Shoryuken’ styled Dragon Punch when you create a weapon that involves a boxing glove being attached to a motorcycle engine. There is also a rumor of other Street Fighter themed attacks though no solid details have been released on which ones we’ll be seeing quite yet.
Mike Jones the producer of the game said:
Dead Rising is one of those games where parody is baked into the DNA. It’s cool to be able to leverage other Capcom games as well as just putting stuff in the world whether it be vehicles or weapons. It works well. We’re huge Capcom fans ourselves and so it’s an opportunity to tip our caps to some of the games that we love and we’re also inspired by the Easter Eggs used in the previous Dead Rising games.
