2PM-8ish: Zombie Pub Crawl!

The Chicago Zombie Pub Crawl is the brainchild of former Company member Alaina Hoffman and Jason Geis. The idea popped up in 2008, and with a little planning the two were off and running to create Chicago’s first zombie-based pub crawl. The first Crawl took place in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood and we hoped to have 100 people. Needless to say it was a much bigger hit. Almost 400 zombies wandered the streets of Andersonville into Simon’s, Charlie’s Ale House and Hamburger Mary’s. The 2009 edition nearly doubled in size and we added In Fine Spirits to the crawl family. Almost 700 zombies rotated in and out of Simon’s, Charlie’s Ale House, Mary’s and In Fine Spirits. In 2010 we added the fine folks at @mosphere, The Call and Mary’s Rec Room added to the already amazing Hamburger Mary’s stop. Each year we have had more zombies and more participating sponsors! The 2014 Crawl welcomes new bar, The Brixton and transportation sponsor Uber – so now you dead guys can get home even safer.
