Love bites! Plants vs. Zombies TM 2 today released a new 13-day Valentine-themed Mega Event, Valenbrainz, available now on the App Store and Google Play. Fall in love with new plants including the Premium Plant, Blooming Heart, a plant that catapults heart-shaped projectiles causing increasing damage with each hit. Become enamored with Valentine-themed zombies, new levels and collectible costumes.
In addition to the Valenbrainz event, Plants vs. Zombies 2 will release the content update, Modern Day Part 2 on February 16, where Dr. Zomboss brings the combined forces of all of his armies across time with him! Go back to the beginning with new levels and new plants including the Premium Plant, Escape Root, an armed trap plant that can switch places with other plants; and when threatened, can substitute itself with an explosive plant like Potatomine or Cherry Bomb. There’s also the return of fan favorites, All-Star Zombie and Super-Fan Imp.

Fans can also enjoy Grimrose, a plant that slinks into the shadows and appear underneath its target, and Dusk-lobber, a plant that shoots projectiles into multiple lanes.
- The return of All-Star Zombie, a zombie heavily armored thanks to his football gear who can rush down lanes at a fast pace, and Super-Fan Imp, an explosive zombie that can damage nearby plants.
