I have lived in the Chicagoland area my whole life and have been into sick and twisted horror films about that long as well. I like things that go bump in the night-human and otherwise- and get as much satisfaction from a good beheading via machete just as much as I do an arterial blast of dark, crimson blood. My tastes range from the bizarre (Miike) to the traditional (Romero) to the gorefests (Fulci) to the theatrically violent (Argento) and everything else. You may also notice my tastes run much farther than the usual gambit of horror, cult, and exploitation films, for I am a lover of all cinema, but horror just happens to be my biggest addiction. If you find me tearing up at he end of Disney's Pollyanna, that would be me. If you hear me laughing as victim after victim are meeting their untimely demise at the epic gore-filled finale of Peter Jackson's Braindead a.k.a. Dead Alive, that would also be me. If there is a large sh*t-eating grin on my face, I am probably watching The Sinful Dwarf XXX-rated version for the 25th time.

Some may argue that this film is more a film about an infectious virus that escaped from a medical facility called “RAGE”, but whether by a virus, a sickness, or [...]
