If you have 3-6 players looking for something to do that love keeping ahead of the undead horde you might want to pick this up to kill some time. Well about 30 minutes worth of time at least. It’s all about who can stay alive the longest by outrunning the zombies, and your friends who are trying to do the same!

Everyone waxes on about how important cardio is and how it is the make or break physical ability for the zombie apocalypse. While we won’t dispute the claim, we’re not hopping on our treadmills or hitting the streets to go jogging (yogging?). Here’s why: we don’t have to be faster than all the zombies. We just need to be faster than our slowest friend. So as long as one of our buddies huffs and puffs more than we do, we consider ourselves set for the apocalypse. Besides, the running we do to get ahead of him is the cardio we’ll need to be faster than our next-slowest friend. Cruel? Yep. Smart? You betcha.

Zombie Dash is a light strategy game for fans of zombie apocalypse action. The board features a city street and your goal is to keep your Human token ahead of the Zombie token that’s hot on your heels. The deck features Human Run cards and Zombie Chase cards, which move the humans and zombies down the street. The winner is the last human standing or the first one to reach the safe zone. Great for parties, game nights, or any time you want to pretend you’re doing cardio.

Plush Zombies

Think Geek has hit it out of the ball park once again! They’ve got some great some love for everyone out there in the form of some brand new plushies that just look amazing (as always.) Personally I really have two things I want to stress about the pictures that were used to show off the new plush zombies. First off I really want Mittens. Second off, the woman below almost looks like one of the undead!

Once upon a time, Zack, Ophelia, and Mittens (their cat) were on a picnic. They had just finished their delicious repast, when a horde of zombies descended on them. Yup, the picnic-ers became the picnic. And then they all got hit by a surprise wave of cosmic radiation. The horde of zombies was instantly incinerated, but our trio of innocents became (spooky music here . . . building to a crescendo!) Plush Zombies!!!!

And boy are these Plush Zombies adorable. Sure they are rife with cuts, torn away flesh, and despair, but that just makes us want to hug them even more. Dead Ted Zombie Plush

This is Think Geek’s third plush zombie that I can think of off of the top of my head. How cool is this geek loving company that keeps bringing us undead greatness that we can cuddle with! Actually I think I’d use one of these for what the next image is, battle with more plush undead! While he is a bit larger then the other undead that’s been released so far it really fits perfectly for any zombie collection that already includes other plushies and looks great too!
