Summoner Wars: The Fallen Kingdom Expansion

So a card game with a neromancer and zombie filled expansion. Sounds perfect to let any of our readers who know about Summoner Wars in on the zombie themed expansion. While it may not be news for you, if it is, enjoy!

This expansion introduces two exciting new factions to the game. Will you take up arms as the righteous humans of the Vanguards, using protection and healing magic to stand firm upon the battlefield in defense of the downtrodden? Or will you lead the undead hordes of the Fallen Kingdom, making any fiendish sacrifice necessary, as you wield the dark necrotic arts in pursuit of the subjugation of the world?

Hitting the market in May 2010 are two new Faction Decks for Summoner Wars: The Fallen Kingdom and The Vanguards. Each of these Faction Decks includes everything needed to play a completely new Summoner Wars Faction.

Helms Deep Left 4 Dead Mod

Normally I probably wouldn’t post about a map mod for a PC game but a Lord of the Rings Escape from Helms Deep mod for Left 4 Dead? C’mon! How Awesome is that?!

Helms Deep is a medieval survival map based from Lord of the Rings that takes place in a mountain valley. Defend and survive against hordes of zombies in this fantastic map!

Resident Evil Monopoly

The folks over at Project Umbrella felt that while Resident Evil is one of the best franchises to exist that it needed a more laid back atmosphere. An atmosphere involving… money? Apparently it looks as if a custom version of Monopoly with a resident evil was just what the doctor ordered!

Sadly for all of you this is a copy of Monopoly that will never be for sale. It was custom made by one of Project Umbrella’s members for them self. You know, copyright issues and all. Honestly with the success of the Resident Evil franchise in general as well as the latest film Capcom might want to explore this idea. Granted I doubt they’d hire on any help from this project (or give them any credit for the idea since it’s clearly not going to be original for them.) Even so, I’d love to see this one become a reality.

Dead Of Night – Free Zombie Board Game

While we’ve shown a variety of zombie board games over time it’s rare that we are able to bring you one that’s free. Honestly who doesn’t like free? (Aside from the printing of the board, tokens, etc!)

Dead of Night is a 1 to 6 player game based on scenarios you might recognize from various zombie films. There is no ‘Zombie Master’ here: all the players are on the same side, all working together to survive, although the option to use other players as zombie bait while you grab all the guns and lock yourself in the cellar is there if you prefer.
Either way, you will need to use strategy and your (fresh and spicy) brains as well as chainsaws and shotguns to make it through the night.

Each scenario has a location to be explored, and an objective to be fulfilled, but if things don’t go well just survival may be enough. Cards drawn throughout the game may help or hinder your progress, but as the night draws on you can be sure things are going to get much worse before you see the sun again.

The game ends when somebody fulfils the main objective (eg, escaping in a fuelled up vehicle), or at daybreak, which brings respite in the form of an advancing army patrol. If you can survive until the end of the game, you are a winner. The survivor who best fulfils their objectives will come out on top.

No one has ever claimed that Zombies are very smart. They are however, very busy. In ZCC! three of these morons crash landed on our lovely little planet. Aunt Lilly’s Home

Aunt Lilly found out that the zombies are starting to get cocky, eating the pumpkin on top of the scarecrow, thinking it was a large human head. She lives in a small cute home, with a garden and a small patch of land where she plants vegetables.

Joe’s Bar

Joe’s Bar is really close to the cemetery, so Joe is used to people drinking their guts out and not paying, giving as excuse the fact they didn’t have a life. But since the zombies ate the neon cowboy figure on top of the bar, he asked for Chuck’s help to clean up the messy undead from his property.

Jake’s Bodyshop

Jake called to ask for help, as the undead were drinking gasoline and running around in flames, disrupting the roosters’ wakeup call with all that light.

Olaf’s Funeral Home

The manager of the small funeral home in Niceville is worried that all their clients are disappearing in the middle of the night. But worse than that is the fact that they keep coming back. And they are hungry. After a couple nights hunkered down inside the office, he decided that enough is enough and called Chuck to help keeping the clients inside the tombs, resting in pieces.

Chuck’s bad guys list

• Greenies: the regular crowd, rotting, mumbling, slow moving, brain eating undead.
• Meanies: larger zombies, slower but deadly, packing a heavy punch that destroys all around him.
• Flamies: Zombies on fire. They run around screaming, and setting other guys on fire on contact! Great fireworks display when shot. Be careful not to get too close, they burn!
• Grannies: Old ladies that decided to stop by for tea. Not herbal tea. Eyeball tea more likely. Their scream is bone chilling and can destroy anything in range.

PSP Game – Trainer and screenshots for Alien Zombie Death

Well as It’s a PSP game I’m even less likely to play this than a Playstation 3 game. I mean if I can’t buy one to be my BluRay player why am I going to buy a portable gaming system? If you own a PSP though you are probably wanting to find something to play on it instead of letting it be a paperweight. Am I right? So how about something zombie related?

In a galaxy far far away … a Spaceman dies… horribly. Take control of said fateful space man as he battles to his end against the dreaded Alien Zombies! Using a standard laser gun and a few pickups along the way, make sure you take at as many of those Alien Zombie suckers before they take you down. It’s that simple. It’s Alien Zombie Death.
