The Devil Wears Prada To Release A Zombie Album
The metal band The Devil Wears Prada has decided that there next album will be called Zombie. To state the obvious it’s going to be a zombie themed album and they plan on having it be based off portions mentioned in Max Brooks two best selling novels World War Z and The Zombie Survival Guide.
The whole thing is just completely based upon zombies,†says vocalist Mike Hranica, who got on “a real zombie kick†after reading Brooks’ hugely popular how-to manual for enduring the inevitable zombie apocalypse. “I thought, ‘What if we made a zombie song?’ All it took was me just saying that to the band, and we had our hearts set on doing this EP.â€
“The sound is definitely The Devil Wears Prada, but so much more,†Hranica continues, and guitarist/vocalist Jeremy DePoyster concurs: “It’s going to be sick… It’s us, but it’s more Hatebreed-influenced and just straight-up thrash metal-influenced with some serious Slayer riffs.â€
