Resident Evil: Afterlife

So the 4th (and initially told to be the final installment) of the Resident Evil franchise is out on DVD and Blu-Ray and if you sat through the first 3 films owe yourself picking this one up as it was quite enjoyable (the 2nd and 3rd weren’t quite as fun for me but this last one a total blast!) So if you are looking forward to seeing Milla Jovovich kicking some zombie ass this one is a must have for your collection!

The fourth installment of the hugely successful Resident Evil franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife is again based on the wildly popular video game series. In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead takes them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead – and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.

I wasn’t very happy with this one but since I’m a fan I got this movie.
I watched this a few times since,same feelings.
Let’s hope this Is left alone I’ll stick with the cg ones

True.. but it was leaps and bounds better then the sorry excuse for a 2nd and 3rd one (specially the third one.) Agreed though.. the CG ones are 110% amazing!

I always like resident evil from the game developed. But when i watch the movie , especially the third, I kinda dissapointed cause Jill is not there, i mean there are no stories that tells where jill is right?

With that in mind they still have at least 1 film in Resident Evil before they’ll actually be rebooting the franchise. *sighs*
