In Pittsfield, MA on Oct 8th 2011? Zombie Pub Crawl!

The fine folks of Pittsfield have a great zombie pub crawl planned to celebrate World Zombie Day. There is a LOT going on and for pub crawlers out in that area it sounds like it’ll be a blast if you are into zombies and drinking. Let’s face it I’m a lush so if I hear that there’s alcohol involved I think it’s a great idea and if there are zombies I’d of course be in! You know if they were in Chicago. However for the MA residents that follow the site this one should be a blast for you to look into!

The Dead Rise… again!
Last October, well over 100 zombies swarmed the streets and businesses of downtown Pittsfield as horrified citizens looked on helplessly. Mayor Ruberto fled Jae’s Spice in terror, and a small mass panic was sparked in front of Pancho’s, filling the side streets with screaming, running teenagers in all directions.

This year the streets will once more swell with the ranks of the decomposing.

Pittsfield’s Zombie Action Committee has been in contact with other zombie event organizers all year, and this year’s ZPC will be held on October 8 in solidarity with other mass zombie stagings THROUGHOUT THE WORLD for World Zombie Day.

You can follow the status of the crawl at the Crawl’s Facebook Page.
