Sometimes it’s the simplest solutions on how to solve a problem that really bring it home. Sure there are a lot of downsides to a zombie outbreak. Flesh eating monsters covering the land decimating what is left of the humanity they are no longer apart of. Still you have to look on the upside of life. Free. Unlimited. Energy. There will surely be one or two bodies left laying around after a feast that have not yet reanimated who still have brain intact. Well if you are willing to harvest it before the corpse turns into one of the walking dead you have yourself something amazing to work with!
