NBC’s pilot zombie show ‘Babylon Fields’ has recently picked up Meagan Good (‘Deception’) to co-star along with already cast Morris Yorn which is being brought to us by Michael Cuesta, Gerald Cuesta and Michael Atkinson
The show is apparently about a town’s residents coming back from the dead. While it’s unclear who Good is playing it sounds as if Yorn will play Janine Beltran, a local doctor with an edge to her. That is not a lot to go on and no word as to if the ‘dead’ are going to be actual zombies that infect others or need flesh to survive but they are going to fall into the intelligent type because according to the Wiki entry: “Babylon Fields is a proposed television series that features reanimated zombies as characters. Rather than being portrayed as malevolent monsters, however, the recently deceased are shown attempting to return to their previous lives. “
