Well it isn’t news that Neil deGrasse Tyson knows science. He not only knows science but he enjoys debunking fake science in cinema all of the time. The problem? Well, he has stepped into our territory and debunked the hell out of the zombie apocalypse. He also debunks the infamous headshot of taking down a zombie because “you can’t kill something that’s already dead.”
Well shame on You Tyson! When the zombies come you’ll be near the top of their list! If they are thinking zombies at least. Still he does focus on a variety of topics such as rigor mortis (which is often explained away), the dead’s lust for brains (really that’s only in RoTLD), the inability to spread disease by biting (OK this one might be accurate) space zombies, and more!
It’s a good watch, even though he’s clearly wrong.
