Recently shown off at PAX East there is a new horror board game coming out and it involves our favorite crawling undead, zombies! In the game you’ll have 2-5 players who are in the roll of a high school student that was infected by the zombie virus. Through the game you will be competing against other players in a race across a hex-mapped school to get to a lab and find the antidote to the virus. Along the way you’ll come across zombies and students who will try to slow you down.
The thing is if you die before you get to the antidote another play mode is introduced and you flip your character’s board over and play as a ‘smart zombie’ trying to take out your opponents. With an august release this board/card game sounds like a lot of fun with an interesting twist to boot.
