In a recent interview producer David Alpert said that they have a long term plan for ‘The Walking Dead’. How long? How about 12 seasons long!
I happen to love working from source material, specifically because we have a pretty good idea of what season 10 is gonna be. We know where season 11 and 12…we have benchmarks and milestones for those seasons if we’re lucky enough to get there.
That is HUGE and GREAT news for fans of the show! If you don’t love the cinematic take on Kirkman’s universe though you may not be loving to hear this one. (Personally? I’m stoked!)
