That looks like Daryl is in a particular uncomfortable position thanks to Entertainment Weekly. While I don’t think we’re viewing the end of Daryl Dixon here (riot or not) I don’t think he’s going to be having much fun in this scene. He looks a little worried unlike how he usually is.
