We saw the first trailer for ‘Train To Busan just a month ago and now this film that killed it at Cannes Film Festival during the Midnight Screenings has been picked up for distribution by Well Go USA Entertainment. The rights have it lined up to get a limited theatrical premiere in July so start checking your local indie’s if you want a chance to see this on the big screen.
The plot has a group of passengers who are fighting their way through the countryside while a zombie-like outbreak is occurring. They are trapped on a bullet train that is taking them to a safe zone but the train itself isn’t safe.
Basically, it’s kind of like ‘Snowpiercer’ but with zombies instead of snow and not quite as much of a dystopian vibe.
